Inspirational Speaker and Author

Amanda Hoenes will be presenting at the Green Forest Public Library on Thursday April 17, 2025
at 6:00pm. She is an inspirational speaker who solo kayaked 3,300 miles from the Missouri headwaters to the Gulf of Mexico. Her only companion was her dog, Hank. Amanda is going to be sharing her kayak adventure with us and speaking about how it impacted her life. She will speak about perseverance, patience, faith, hard work, and digging deeper. Amanda is the founder of True Path Adventures, a company that brings skills acquired in outdoor adventures such as planning, risk assessment, and critical thinking to broaden prospectives and enhance leadership abilities. She is an author, entrepreneur, adventurer, and former United States Marine. Her book is called Digging Deeper.
