Treasure Island Spring Break Camp

Yo-ho, yo-ho, it’s off on an adventure we go!

All tweens ages 9 and up are welcome to join us for a free spring break camp. We will set sail each afternoon at 1 PM. It will be five days of pirates, treasure, and fun! (Free snacks, too!)

For those in need of a map, here’s where we will be headed each day:

• Monday: Yo-ho, yo-ho!
• Tuesday: Hoist the sails!
• Wednesday: Land ho!
• Thursday: Dead Men Tell No Tales!
• Friday: There be treasure!

The classic tale Treasure Island will be our guide throughout the week.

On Wednesday, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History will be our special guest to help us explore (and build) some of the technology used in the time of pirates. Who needs a cell phone when you can have a magic lantern?

You do not have to register to attend, and you do not have to attend all five days to participate. Parents are free to just drop off their kids each day but are also welcome to stay in the library, if they prefer.
